Working directly alongside Aperia’s marketing team, I translated dense structural documentation and raw wireframe concepts into a unified, high-performing digital ecosystem. As a Brand Designer, my goal was to bridge the gap between technical SaaS complexity and high-trust B2B positioning.

By establishing a modern, minimalist visual direction and a comprehensive Figma Design System, we elevated Aperia Compliance’s digital presence—delivering a sleek, intuitive website that builds instant credibility, simplifies complex product offerings, and drives conversion across merchant portfolios.
Content Strategy & Mapping
Working directly with the marketing team's initial drafts, we restructured dense technical information into clear, digestible product categories (Solutions, Products, About...). The focus was prioritizing high-intent conversion paths for institutional merchants.

Structural Wireframing
We transformed raw page layouts and text blocks into low-fidelity wireframes. This step validated component hierarchy, navigation flow, and screen real estate before applying the visual identity system.
To ensure visual consistency and long-term scalability, we built a robust Figma Design System encompassing brand identity, color tokens, typography, custom icons, and reusable navigation components. This modular library bridges the gap between branding guidelines and digital product execution, enabling seamless future growth for the Aperia Compliance ecosystem.
We transformed static layouts into a fully interactive Figma prototype to simulate real-world user navigation across all solution and product pages.
This clickable architecture validated transition flows, mega menu interactions, and conversion pathways prior to final front-end development.
By aligning Aperia Compliance’s complex technical offerings with a modern, scalable design system, we transformed their digital presence into a high-trust enterprise experience. From raw wireframes to full UI execution, this redesign simplifies user navigation and strengthens brand authority across every merchant touchpoint.
